Nice 1 Rich. Hope you’re well? There’s nothing quite as soothing as listening too the sound of the rain on the canvas. Thanks for sharing.👍
Too true, too true. Pretty good apart from a lot of tinkles in a couple of fingers so not riding the weekends as much as I would want, but not normal service will resume next weekend - off to do the Rebellion Way in Norfolk.
Keep an eye out, I'll be organising another gravel ride in August, not set a date yet, but it will start in Clumber Park, 100 miles, mostly Notts, but a little dabble into Lincolnshire.
Great effort Richard ... tough ride especially with the extra weight of the gear. I always enjoy following your adventures.
Thanks, you glad you enjoyed it. Yeah the weight sure makes a difference =) Can't remember the last time I rode without baggage lol
I'm glad I'm not the only one who talks to the sheep! the best thing is they rarely answer back? looks like a great ride
When you've been riding audax long enough you'll end up talking to any number of animals... cows, sheeps, even the birds... the later is usually get out the bloody way! The Yorkshire Dales never lets you down - even in grim weather the landscape is breathtaking.
Nice one Richard Tnx!
Don't forget to watch part 2!
