My position was abruptly ended yesterday as a contractor & it had me wanting to get down on myself. This video helped this morning keep my eye on the prize since I’ve been learning a new skill set that will help me land employment in the future. Stuff happens. Jobs can be taken away but the skill set is one that can be transferred to many others in case of need be.
So sad about that. Glad you are getting better.

Cancel all social media. Kill your TV. Go to the gym ( or at least exercise in some form). Write down your daily goals. For example: 1. Do the laundry. 2. Sweep floor 3. Call mom/dad or whoever
4. Pay electric bill
As you complete these tasks cross them off. By doing so you can see progress.
If you drink or smoke or do drugs stop. That crap is no good for you.
You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with so choose your relationships wisely.
Start there and I think you’ll be surprised how you feel after 30 days.
I've been a HIGH ACHIEVER most of my 77 years on Planet Earth. Now I'm teaching Generation Z how to do the same through these ALUX videos.
