They are judges competing for talent. Any judge that gets upset by the comments is too thin skinned and should get out. The American voice judges are merciless to each other and yet we all know it's because they are trying to get the talent to pick them. Afterwards you can see the judges laughing and even commenting how good a dig that was. These judges need to GROW-UP and understand the spirit and game of The Voice competition
