I recently by B2 work software in $400 a few days ago
The software I use with CP 2112
It's read bad data only one time
Whenever I disconnect CP 2112
And connect it again its cannot work
Software open but cannot read the battery data and when I try with new CP2112 its read battery data but it work only one time I follow all these steps that I watch in this video
But my problem is same nothing happened

Goodmorning AKS, I just watched your video as I cannot get the CP2112 board connected to my computer.
The board seems to be broken or connection is somehow not possible (tried the the USBXpressHostSDK on both on windows and Mac computer). In your video you just connect the CP2112 to your usb port without the battery connected am I right (cannot be seen in video) and then the board gets recognized? I don’t see you restart the program and it looks like the board just pops up. Just to be sure, I read there is no additional driver necessary am I right? Thank you in advance for your reply, cheers!
Hello, Thanks for watching my video. First go to device manager and connect cp2112, check if anything changes on the device manager. Also check if any usb sound coming from speaker after connecting the cp2112. If not hear or not seen anything, check micro usb cable.
Usually no driver is needed. But if you want to lock the vid and pid you need to install the usbexpresshostsdk.
If any doubt ask me.
Hi, thank you for your fast reply! I did check the device manager before. I did it again just now and also tried different micro usb cables and different UBS ports on the computer (windows 7) but not luck. The device manager doesn’t show anything in the HID when I connect the board. Do you perhaps have any further idea how to check if the board is broken? Or where to find a driver to see if this works? @@jeroenscheffe5730 if no driver is installed cp2112 should pop on unknown device as in device manager. Check voltages on board , there is a transistor used as voltage regulator for 3.3 volt, check that also
Hi, thank you for your reply. I actually did not install a driver and it also doesn’t show up in the device manager. I actually did check the voltage before over the pins and it is 3,39 V, slightly higher than the 3,3V

can we do this in linux if yes how to do that
There is no direct driver for cp2112 for linux. It will be found as i2c device if you use modprobe with i2cdev and gpiodetect. There you can see this chip. Vid and pid can also available . To change it i dont know the procedure . Please contact sillabs they can help you.
