@@youremother8354 not really, dlc and microtransactions are two different things. One gives you gameplay features, a new map, new story and cosmetics. Microtransactions just sell you cosmetic items and boosters at a premium price.
It's waaaaaaay more fun to find armor sets doing quests or exploration than simply paying for it.

@@TORQ111you don’t have to pay for white armour. (You do have to use flowers but not IRL money)
For those asking, yes, the Aloy cosmetic is now available, the shrine has been reconstructed. As to how you get it, equip the Tadayori armor (because of course, Aloy is an archer), use the augmented hearing and shoot 3 red targets around the structure.
where is the statue located to do this?
@@flipz1006very far north Iki. It’s on the 2nd northern most island next to Iki. It’s larger than the one next to it. And there’s a monkey sanctuary next to it on the map.

I never thought I’d want to change off of the pure black version of the Ghost armor… but that SotC variant is just too amazing. I mixed it with the vanity piece you get after defeating the last boss in the expansion and it looks really awesome!
I wear the armor with the Spartan Mask. I think the end result looks great.
I wear it with just the panties and it’s really cool

There is actually 6 Easter eggs from "Shadow Of The Colossus" & it's possible there are more. 1--the pattern on the stone. 2--the Sword Of The Sun stuck in the stone. 3--Wander's cloak. 4--colossus 6 mask. 5--a few seconds of re-imagined music during the cut scene. 6--the origami figure of colossus 3 sitting on the table after you beat the game. Awesome!
When you get the god of war armour it plays a song from gow4 in the style of ghost of tsushime i loved that when i first got the armour

There is a 4th shrine on an island off the coast of Iki near a monkey sanctuary, the shrine however is destroyed and has no collectable scroll. I assume this is where you would have been able to get the hunter armour if it had a male version for Jin.

@@nathanabraham2261 yes it is a Zero Dawn, you need to equip the mythic archer armour and fire a flame arrow, if i recall correctly
@@lexington_005 you have to wear the Tadayori armor set (iirc) and hit three points on the statue. They'll only highlight themselves after you use Focus (Touch Pad) and you don't have to use a flaming arrow.
The armor skin is a reference to Horizon Forbidden West (or it could be its prequel, Zero Dawn), and the Hunter is probably a reference to Aloy.
They really waited for the release of forbidden west to release the 4th shrine lol 😂
But hey forbidden west came to pc before ghost of tsushima so it fits perfectly now..... Just wish they released shadow of the Colossus for pc and waiting for bloodborne pc release
It's neat that they made references to all these other PS4 classics (well, technically PS2 for SotC but still)

Not 100%. He forgot there is the fourth one. It is called the forbidden shrine. That one is off the Iki island which is located I'm the Raiders Promontor which is across from Sly Hunters Forest. But it is helpful on how to get them.

A little late to reply, but if you still haven't gotten it, I'd highly recommend it. There is tons of shit to do, and most of it is fun unlike many other open world games

GoW set I'm kind of indifferent to tbh...but those BB/Yarnham and SotC/Colossus sets look slick as hell.
Also really cool implementation of the sets from SuckerPunch. Using the landmarks and riddles to discover the sets rather than just handing them to you in your inventory. It's a small and minor but nice touch imo
GoW armor set was the one I was the least impressed with, considering it's just a paint job, but it's still my favorite one since it's my favorite game between the four.
Although, I'm kinda disappointed they didn't let us take the "Leviathan" Axe as an artifact or a trophy or give us a unique skill for the bow that would look like Atreus' Light Arrow and Lightning Arrow abilities.

I started playing legends yesterday and got the gow armor after doing the first story mission for online
The 4th armour set is near the coastal monkey sanctuary in the northern part of the map. Wear Tadiyori Armour and use the focus ability and shoot arrows in the 3 hilighted areas of the statue.

The god of war armor is funny because it’s based on kratos (pretty obvious I know) but it’s still got a cool detail. As Jin is the Ghost of Tsushima and Kratos is the Ghost of Sparta, It also comes from the shrine of ash (ash likely referencing kratos' lost one’s and how he got his white skin tone) one of the most fitting armor references for this game in my opinion
As someone who loves god of war and ninja games I just loved the kratos dye it really felt like I was Asian Kratos
Sotc, gow, and bloodbourne... truly a cool game
You forgot, there is a shine called the forbidden shrine, where you get a horizon forbidden west dye and headband if you equip the Tadayori armor, shoot all the red spots in the statue, and use focused hearing

If you wear tayadoris armour and use your special hearing next to the forbidden shrine, you can shoot the glowing things and get the horizon forbidden west armour

Do you know if you can return back to iki island after you leave I’m just went to iki island and planed to unlock theses armors but did not realize that I needed armor From Tsushima which I don’t have so can I return after or not
@@golden_bing2933 Yes you can just zoom out the map as much as you can, Iki is in the bottom left of the map screen it's listed like one of the three main sections of Tsushima
