could do a bullbar type front bumper that could double up as a bike rack , could allso put some sort of difuse lighting behind the grille so the logo lights up at night (but not blindingly so)
DMWI Great Project! I was thinking that Bluebird emblem could be spaced from behind and a small Blue LED could backlight from behind. Or, fab a polycarbonate duplicate with etched bluebird logo and backlight it. Sandblast cabinet fun! Not sure if it would be legal but would be cool when parked along with the backlit grill. Back in the old days they’d extend the horizontal bars of a grill like that across the headlight, making them disappear until they were turned on. Definitely not legal Lots of fun stuff-thanks for bringing us along for the ride and inspiring us.
It was 16 degrees here in Northern Indiana too. I went to go work on my bus. My batteries were dead. I have to replace one of them. Cold weather sucks!! Can you post a link to where you got those lights??
It sure does! So ready for Spring!!! We’ve been trickle charging our batteries and starting it to let in run for a while here and there. So far so good. We found the lights on Amazon. I’ll post the links in the description of the video. 😊
