Yes and no. Even though the Malisaurus Rex is in the Explorers Society faction, it has the FAE keyword. This means it can be hired into any Neverborn Crew whose Leader also has that keyword (Titania and Aeslin). No other Crew Leader in the Neverborn faction could Hire the Malisaurus because it's not Versatile and it's in a different faction.

Good summary but explain what the rankings mean.
