I don't comment much, but not only does this guitar sound great, but your playing brought me peace and nostalgia for some reason, so thank you. I hope I can play creatively like this one day. :)

Can Someone explain me the differences between this and the standard CLD-15M?

This one has a full solid wood body, while the standard only has a solid top and the rest is laminated. The full solid one should resonate better.

@@christophpawlowskimusic213 I had the CLA15MCE and I did not keep it because the body has no resonance in the bass, mids and highs are very clear ... see too much.
I was very disappointed personally, it's bad mahogany I think, it's mahogany from Gabon.
I wonder if the simple CLA15M version would not be better for having a little more bass.
My laminated GS travel is superior in the bass and the treble mids are well balanced with the bass.

@@PP-yg4ic I own the CLA15M solid wood model, and i have to say that I am more than happy with it. I chose it because I liked the sound demos of it the most and its shpae has some kind of magical appeal I think - and boy, my expecations were met... This guitar truly delivers.
I do not know about the CLA15 MCE but it looks more like a parlor, which is smaler than the auditorium built of the CLA15 M which could result in that lack of bass you described. If you own the version with cutaway, then it could be the cutawy itself. Due to the extra curve in the body, the guitar cannot resonate as well as without. Additionally, the box with the preamp could imho hinder the vibration too as it is not wooden. This also was one of the reasons I bought the simple cla 15 M solid wood model.

@@christophpawlowskimusic213 This is the MCE solidwood version that I had. It is quite possible that the normal version without the cutaway provides more bass. I thought the same thing, but the GS travel still has a smaller body.
I tried and compared these 2 guitars with more than 10 different sets of strings (Phosphorus, bronze, nickel, martin, didario, etc.)
I even bought and the same strings of the solidwood CLA15MCE on the GS travel to compare live with sound recording.
I find it crazy that the GS travel has more bass.
I even timed and wrote on paper the sustain between the 2 with certain strings and also did sympathetic resonance tests.
Also a simple test to do on a box to understand how the box behaves is to remove the strings and sing in the bass rosette in the box, the CLA15MCE does not resonate almost at all in the bass unlike the gs travel which beautifully amplifies the bass.
The sound of the travel, which is nevertheless laminated, sounds full and sounds warm mahogany unlike the cla 15MCE solidwood which is cold, I was shocked.
I inquired and it is indeed Gabon mahogany since 2018 at HB .... nothing to do with real mahogany.
The cla 15MCE has an interesting and very precise sound but do not expect to have a typical mahogany sound.
I would still be curious to hear the CLA15M versus CLA15MCE solidwood.
