I was a beginner in 98... the beginner stuff back then sucked... now Im buying "beginners" guitars that are better than the mid-top stuff of that time...
Is it me or do the pickups sound a bit weak/tinny for metal considering the guitar’s intention? This seems to be the case in most of the reviews I’ve seen so far, which is a shame. I love everything else about the spec, seems a nice lower budget option for a charvel.
different guitars, but I would go with the HB since the HB uses Wilkinson hardware and has a roasted maple neck/fretboard. The pickups can be upgraded but the stocks are the same quality if not better, than the Squier guitars

I own 13 guitars, from vintage Hofners to MiM Fenders. My Fusion 3 is the most versatile and usable instrument I own. Excellent demo.✌️
You should buy the ibanez az premium

lol. I grew up in the 70s. The budget guitars now are better than the top-of-the-line stuff from them.
And strats and lp:s are eternal it seems, unaffected by the ebb and flow of trends

Just change the pickups? They're alright, but I changed mine for some dimarzios and now it sounds really good.
@@leonordmann brings the cost from like 300 euros to 500 euros tho
It doesnt strike me as a metal guitar. There are versions with floyd rose and emg:s.
@@chopholtz4950 Most metal players will use only bridge pickups. If this guitar has a decent humbucker in the bridge it will do metal as any other.
Should i by this one or the Hagstrom F200P. ?? Can get the hagström with hardcase for 300€.
Would you recommend this guitar over the Squier Contemporary Jaguar?
