Chinese owner of the MG TF here, what a beauty you got here. Never heard about the folding mirrors until now!
Mine (bought used) was assembled in Nov 2011 in Nanjing. The last registered (claimed, not sure if last produced) MG TF was registered in June 2014, recently sold.

Sorry, Craig, but very few TF's were made in Nanjing, and only LHD. The Pukou plant built the engines. All the LE500's, 85th's and 135's were Longbridge built.

Great video chaps, the last thing MG Rover needed was the Head Gasket bad press and it would never recover. Some great additions on the last ones like boot release, passenger air bag etc. Those folding door mirrors definitely look more substantial than the the old Rover 100 (metro ones)...now where's that last one hiding!

Strangely I hadn’t seen the pictures shown at the beginning. No word about the location of the TF badge on the rear. That as well changed during the years. Anyway, nice example of a stunning car.

Great video. When on holiday in Sweden in 2018 with my F I saw a white TF from this batch. The owner told me the the car was incomplete from the factory and he had to finish it himself. It was a very nice TF.

Great video Tim and David. Very interesting to see some of the archive photos at the factory.

I don't own a car but if I did this would be a top contender. I think it's a lovely car.
