did some research and I think the yellow harvest boss has been bugged for years. Omen of amelioration bug seems to be a 'this patch' thing tho twitch.tv/wiredguitar
Omen can only be used once per map or instance been the same since ancestor, the video examples doesn't really show any "bug". However there are instances when u get instantly deleted the omen won't proc, had it happen with a friend when we were doing alva temple where he stood ontop as the boss did his bugged phase dmg

omen is used once per zone and your expecting it too proc twice in the same map

I do but I swear it sometimes just doesn’t proc
