having specific color coded for spells would make the game so much easier tho. we can tell which lesh stun by seeing where he cast it. I know its hard to see rubick casting animation, but you can definitely tell of lesh’s stun casting animation and then you can tell that it was his. but yeah since you figure it out, this might be something with skill issue that they have to apply to the game to make it more difficult. aspects like chaotic clash happened since dota warcraft launched.
Color coding abilities depending on team that cast it is such a good idea I wish they would add. Even pros sometimes don't know what the fuck is going on in a fight.
I'm always curious about accessibility in games, and I have a couple questions I wanna ask -do you have poor vision? -what's your monitor refresh rate? -do you have this issue in other games as well? -if so, have you ever tried colored borders or different colors for your cursor in other games? As for abilities not varying by team, I'm assuming the reasoning is likely that there can only be one of each hero in the game, which removes a lot of the ambiguity and does make a lot of sense. However, as someone who was struggling with differentiating which team spells came from while I was learning LoL and Dota from scratch, I definitely would've appreciated having the option to differentiate them before I learned which heroes had what abilities
As a side note, the only game I ever struggled to keep track of my cursor in was Terraria, and I greatly appreciated having the option to make the border of my cursor red
'As for abilities not varying by team, I'm assuming the reasoning is likely that there can only be one of each hero in the game, which removes a lot of the ambiguity and does make a lot of sense' what about when rubick is in the game, as someone has said earlier here? Rubick stealing an AoE stun like Ice path or splitting earth
@@WiredGuitars I definitely think that stolen spells should have a difference visually. The rubick arcana does have a bunch of visually different spells, but this should absolutely be standard behaviour for rubick and morphling
Nothing like having a team fight with an enemy rubick with stolen lesh stun. Which circle is safe? Nobody knows
this guy knows EXACTLY what I'm talking about

EXACTLY
Holy shit it's the legend himself
Everytimes undying/ sandking/ zeus vs rubick in a fight are confusing. Can't know which tombstone, sandstorm, nimbus are ours or theirs.
You know what the ladies say, the bigger the cursor, the bigger the mmr
I lose cursor in big fights all the time
Because youre overcompensating?

my monitor refresh rate is 165, same as in-game refresh rate

im using bigger cursor now, never thought one can do it
Gotta try this as losing track of cursor has happened to me on a few occasions.
