Beautiful cinematography, beautiful song.
The first time I ever FELT this song was when the boy i have loved for 5 years, 6 in a few months left me and dated some random girl, cheated on her with me, i realized i was actually nothing in it.
Every time i hear this song live, i cry. I remember my dark place. It still hurts. This music video made me feel everything during this.
I was always second choice.
But i met Conor 4 times now, actually hung out before the last show i saw him at and i want nothing for the best for him although his girlfriend is a sweetheart (i talked to her)
I wish nothing but the best to my favorite boys.
The end of her dance and the clapping, really shows how shitty it is that he's there.
This band is nothing short of a masterpiece. My channel will HOPEFULLY feature some live footage after their Detroit set date next week!
The ads right when the song starts are cruel. Such beauty and somber energy in his voice.

yeah that's pretty obviously the theme. the note most likely says he can't take the cheating anymore. if you look at the lyrics it makes more sense.
