Hey Mahima..I tried this for a gathering recently. Got rave reviews by the guests, passing it on to you😊. The topping was especially yummy. I did skip using the extra sugar for the pudding. It was sweet enough for our taste. Easy to make as well.
1. Yes. Can use butter paper but sometimes find it difficult to remove from butter paper. So apply some oil on a butter paper before pouring caramelised sugar. Or use an oiled steel plate or your kitchen counter for the same. 2. Keep it in the refrigerator not in the freezer
