Can you give me clarity on this. I was told I would be a prophetic voice. Well then was told I didn't and that my so called prophetic was false and not of God. Honestly after this I never wanted the gift of prophetic because it hurt and hindered me and embrassed me infront of hundreds. Can you give me CLARITY.

This message was a blessing. About five years ago the Lord stirred my heart and prepared me ahead of times for a mission I was not prepared for. He led me to a desolate, dark and very demonic city called Flint Michigan during the Flint Water Crisis. He told me many things to come and I shared them with all who would listen while I showed what was happening in our world. I did his work there for four years.. my family opposed, many people did actually. I lost absolutely everything doing this work, was even followed and had many death threats from the powers that be. I trusted the Lord, especially after he gave me a vision of being protected. Ultimately he shined through and now people see that he sent me for a purpose.
I’m glad I chose to listen to his voice. Thank you for this word.

I was walking with this gift even before I was born again, using it for the wrong reasons. I used to be into astrology and became really good at discerning peoples birthdays, desires and motivations. I was also good at tarot reading. But as soon as I became proud God took my gift away. He's given me this back but it operates differently now. I get insight from scripture and speak it at the right time. The holy spirit advices me to speak on what people need to hear, rather than simply letting me impress people with a vaporous gift. Glory to God.
This is very close with my own experience. I abused the gift I believe I had at the time, but now that I have been praying for discernment about my gift, and for the Holy Spirit to reveal His will to me through the Word, I have been receiving verses fairly regularly that perfectly align with the messages I need to hear. It's amazing!
1)Desire.
2)Recognition.
3)Function.
Jesus loves you all and is coming soon! ❤️ if you haven’t repented and turned from sin and accepted Jesus as Savior believing He died and rose again for you, today is perfect and scripture says that today is the day of salvation!
When I felt that desire for this spiritual gift, I thought instantly that "you want it for your own glory". I believed it for a second until I heard that verse from Corinthians. Now I know that it's the devil speaking to me that I only want it for my glory.
I been having the same problem. I dream God give me message, I told it and it all came to pass. Than I started feeling like I'm taking God glory because i was happy that he can use someone like me. But not anymore my confidence is strengthened by each prophetic message I listen to. I yarn for the things of the spirits and God is the father of Spirits. I have discernment also but it scares me so I think I rejected it, but that fear is going away and asking God to show me how to burst the flames. ( Pray in the spirit)

Jesus' uses Christian's hands for healing. He told His deciples "Greater things you will do than I" He said this when he was leaving them before assending to Heaven. Healing operates through us by way of the Holy Spirit. When healed we give God the glory not man.

Dear Pastor David. Just found your video about spiritual gifts. For several years I have prayed for several spirit gifts as a witness and means to reach the lost. God has called me to be a watchman and give a warning to His people, especially pastors of America who refuse to teach prophecy. God has shown me through the Holy Spirit, that His people perish for lack of knowledge. I have been contacting pastors and faithfully warning of soon coming judgment on this nation. God is not happy with the condition of most His churches. My warning is to awaken pastors that a great shaking is coming to this nation, and they must prepare their flocks for the great hardships that are coming. This preparation will require instruction in the soon to be fulfilled prophecies. If God's people are not spiritually prepared, many will loose their crowns of salvation. Your message gave me encouragement to continue to practice and excercise my gifts. Thank you!

@@northstar5240 Thanks for the comment. Not sure what you meant about "gift of Sight". The Holy Spirit gives me, what I call a "download" of what He wants me to write about. I then write 8-10 hrs a day until it is written down. After my calling to be a watchman, I wrote daily for two months to write the book the Lord placed on my heart. It is titled, "America; A Captured Nation; The Downfall of U.S. and Failure of Its Churches" written three yrs ago. Since then I have written many articles of warning to America as led by the Holy Spirit. As for sleeping, I have no peace until I complete any word I receive, but after writing up to 10 hrs a day, I have no problem sleeping from exhaustion. Ive pray daily & i read my word & alot of times when im reading my word seems my mind drifts& i see things that have already happened & at times there visions of things that are going on. Im studing on the Prophetic& ive been told thats one of my gifts as well as being a seer. I want to be able to activate the gifts with clarity. Keep me in Prayer. That God guides me into this. Amen

When I started to read the word of God and meditate on it through the night watches, and learned to pray powerfully, and speak the word of God live in action,
Every time time I do the house job such as cleaning washing clothes, dishes, or in the bathroom, even when I'm walking, there in thoughts I preached the word of God, mind was not is not on the things that I'm doing for I preached in my mind, but it does not affect the things that I do, I also cry, if I cry on my preaching in my mind. If my preaching is joyful, I laughed secretly, because I don't want people see me laugh alone that they might think am crazy.

Jordan Yearby I was delivered from anxiety by speaking Psalm 23 out loud as many times as necessary until I truly believed the words for me. I pray that now, six months after your prayer request, that you too have been delivered of whatever it was. There are multiple means of deliverance. Some can be delivered as they sing a hymn or spiritual song, some by prayer, some by acting in obedience, some by surrendering every thought to the mind and will of Christ, some by fasting, some by loving their temple as they should and not speaking even of themselves/others/and by eating a proper healthy diet, some by refusing to listen to the lies of the devil any more! I pray that Jesus has delivered you and confirmed His love for you, and in you, for His glory!

Is the gift of foresight and prophecy the same? Ever since I was 5 I always would see things and know in my heart of heart that it would happen. Then it would. Then when I was Older I had just received came to the lord, and I had been ask the holy father to please use me fir his will. I went to church and they had a pastor that was was the visiting pastor. He pointed me out in a middle of a sermon . Said he had to stop and say something. I got very nerves he said I was special. I had no idea what he met . He had me come up. I walked up to the front really nerves. He told me he said to not be afraid that he kept hearing a word from the holy father that he had to tell me.
He laid his hand on the top of my head The pastor said again do not be afraid, but have an open spirit. I closed my eyes. He prayed out loud and I felt really warm and peaceful. He said He wants you to know my child you will foresee things before they happen that I am not to be afraid. That it was a gift. That he gives me. That I would do great things .
Next thing I fell to the floor legs like jello. Still warm and peaceful like a hug. I woke and the service was done. My life has never been the same since that day. I felt I just had to watch you speak not sure why. Thank you.

Wow... thank you for teaching & explaining about the 3 signs of how to know if you have the prophetic gift! And also for the prayer ☺️. I think God answered my prayer and concern through this video, because I was wondering if I actually had, the "gift of prophecy".. since, sometimes, God speaks to me in dreams and tells, or allows me to see, what would happen in the future. Some of those events from my dreams have actually came true in real life. Also, He tells and/or reveals to me hidden things in my dream(s). And of course, I would test the dream(s) to know if they truly came from the Lord too. So, this would possibly be another sign that I have the gift of prophecy.
I don't prophesy over anyone, nor have I done this before, but I do hear what God is saying to me, and sometimes write down those words. So, those are the signs I RECOGNIZE, of proof that I have the prophetic gift.
May the Lord continue to bless, strengthen, and preserve you & yours (including your ministry) always! This ministry of "Spirit Church" was & still is a huge blessing to me 🤗♥️. I thank the Lord most of all 🙌.
Anyone reading this who is prophetic or hears from God accurately, I need a word. Please pray God speaks through you to give me direction. I'm desperate and time is running out to make a big decision. I'm lost and confused and cannot hear from him clearly. Thanks in advance. God bless

I never desired the gift of prophecy. In fact I didn’t even believe so much in prophecy because there are a lot of fakes. I was just like Jonah. I did not want the gift at all. I kept running from the voice of God. I rejected my gift because I was tired of the constant dreams, visions, spiritual attacks from the enemy. I just wanted to be normal like everyone else and not deal with so much spirituality. But this chose me and I can’t seem to get away no matter how hard I try.. now I have realized that I can use my gift to serve God and help people. Maybe if I listened sooner, maybe if I didn’t doubt, just maybe, my mother would still be alive today. God showed me what was coming but I was stuck in my ways of disbelief and nonchalance. I have repented to God and my prayer is that the Holy Spirit teaches me how to use it correctly and effectively.
