Love the video! Looking forward to seeing more from you as you continue to improve!
I counted 8 times for the mini nuke! 1 by the LGS, 2 during the close up, 3 and 4 as Chris's deck box, 5 as Caleb's, 6 as yours, 7 in your suitcase, and 8 during the outro!

Great episode, still loving the premise :)
Counted the mininuke eight times, unless we're counting every time it wiggled in and out of frame when pulling it out of the bag at the end, then it'd be ten times, I believe.

    Finally the II episode!
Great improvements, how do you feel the deck with these new cards?
A 50% win ratio is a great achievement for a precon deck, congrats!

Work and personal life has been getting busy so I appreciate all the patience! And the deck feels real good especially for not adding super strong cards yet so once that happens I’ll be excited to see how it plays from there

Upgrades should only be from precon planar origin.
Each victory allows the winner to "learn" on spell from each defeated opponent. Second place "learns" 2 spells and third place "learns 1. Last place learns the first to be defeated "learns" one spell from the opponent that smited them. If there is a color identity disparity the spell must be an artifact.
This will keep the game from becoming a battle of unrelated extraplanar staples.
Look at it like you just got your spark and all you know and learn is from the journey you are embarking upon.
Every opponent you face will have something new to possibly learn. In the event of same precon by multiple players the learned spell comes from the next dissimilar victor on the victory chain.
If you're really interested in making a years journey it can't culminate in a thoracle combo/aetherflux reservoir lame ass predictable thing.
Otherwise its going to be two mothmen that mill for a year with bruvac and $#!+. That doesn't sound fun nor challenging or interesting to watch.
Let people enjoy seeing logical progression. Not EDHREC recommendations.
Viewers new and old alike I'm sure would like to see how you adapt with a more realistic line of in-univetse expansion.
If it gets to point where there is nothing to learn then let a pack of newest set decide. 1st gets choice pick and so on.

I love this idea honestly! My play style wouldn’t let me devolve into throwing thoracle combos in the deck because that just doesn’t seem fun to me and not the play style I want to promo. I definitely think going forward I will keep me this im mind and might be a great idea for a second series if not implemented in this one!

@@DadamMTG I just want to see people succeed with genuine unique compelling content. But I keep seeing everyone fall back to pack crackin, microstomks, box battles, and pack crackin for other games from people who claim to love magic. No real innovation.
I already see content creators quitting or losing sponsors or being chewed up by the algorithm. It's forcing them to be slave wage workers for something they love. It's forcing them to be advertiser yes-men. It's forcing them to be dependent on product currency instead of relevance and longevity.
It's okay to flow somewhat with consumerism but Anyone can do that and does- which means nothing is special at all levels of content.
It's not content creation to be relegated to pack cracking. Thats just metered advertisement and WotC is only handing out crumbs for that. There is a finite niche to get a foot in the door for logical progression product purposing. And yeah it needs a bit of rule structure but no one is doing it. It's not expensive. It promotes fun and fair play and it may open up the general player base to a more desirable format as well as add a safer space for new player onboarding.
If no one has any inclination to be different then their complaining of algorithm burial is nil. If our youth don't learn such things by example there won't be anyone that cares about collection vallue in the future. There won't be any point in the expenditure for sleeves. And the majority of documentation of our lives will just be white noise.
