Try a bit of talcum powder underneath your insoles, could also be the boa straps squeaking as they cross over the tongue. Guess they won't squeek in the bin😂
Definitely, I ride both my on-road and off-road touring bikes wearing trail shoes/walking shoes. So much more convenient as you say, especially for gravel bikepacking where space is at a premium 🙂

Rest up RIch and get well soon.
Great video Richard, stop mooning the locals, lol.
Deal!
Have now ridden flats for years much more user freindly.

Good starting footage again Richard. Hoping to see a video of the gravel audax! Hope your knee has recovered.
I hope so too... have rested here and there.
Maybe try riding flat pedals for a few weeks??
I have the same problem with my shoes. I have been putting chain oil on them 😂
Did it work? I never tried that one...dod tried lithium grease last time.
Try a bit of silicone lube wiped onto the sole around the cleat area, that's what I've used before.
I shall remember for next time.
Have you had a bike fit
Not for a long time. I have one coming up next month which am sure will help.
