Farhat Hashmi (Urdu: فرحت ہاشمی‬‎) (born December 22, 1957) is an Islamic scholar, preacher and muslim televangelist from Pakistan.

[1] She holds a PhD degree in Islamic studies from the University of Glasgow, Scotland and was formerly a lecturer and assistant professor at the Faculty of Usul-al-Din at International Islamic University, Islamabad.[2][3] Hashmi founded Al-Huda International Welfare Foundation in 1994. The foundation started a number of schools to teach the Quran and Hadith to women in order to "help women become better observant muslims by helping them understand the Quran". The foundation now runs a network of schools, seminaries and social welfare projects.[4][5][6] In 2004, the foundation established the Al-Huda Institute in Mississauga (Toronto area), Ontario, Canada. This institute offers courses on exegesis of the Quran and Hadith and attracts students from a number of foreign countries such as Australia.[7][8]
She has gained popularity as a feminist scholar both in Pakistan and abroad, as evidenced by crowds of up to ten thousand that attend her religious lessons, called "Dars". Most followers come from liberal, literate and modern backgrounds; and most are women.[9][10] She has stated that her mission is to bring a renewal in Islam, through better understanding of the core scriptures. In contrast to rigid and confrontational styles of proselytising, Hashmi has emphasized the need for her students to engage in voluntarily educating others through their examples.

Family walo ko b is baat ka pta chala to sab ne bola k 3 dafa bolne se talaq hoti hai. Phir jab 11 month baad larka aya to rukhsati krwa di gai. To kya rukhsati jaiz thi? Ya dubara nikaah krna chahiye tha? Or rukhsati k baad b us larke ne 3 dafa boli talaq to konsi talaq mani jaye gi rukhsati se pehle wali talaq pe hi nikaah khatam ho gya tha? Agar woh bilkul privacy meh nai mily aur online bhi ek doosry ko us tarah nai dekha tab kaha jayga k is ki rukhsati nai hue. Agar rukhsati na hue ho tou aurat ko maximum ek talaq lagti hain. Agar rukhsati hue tee toh jab us ne ek talaq dee toh iddat k andar andar rujoo nai kiya toh iddat khatam hoty hi woh nikah se azad ho gaye tee. Us k bad nikah pir se ho sakta ta. Agar iddat k andar rujoo kiya ( jo k sirf ilfaz kehny se rujoo nai ho jata ) toh pir jab talaq dee toh woh doosri talaq tee. Jab jab teen ek sat dee toh woh teen tee aur aisy meh iddat meh rujoo bhi nai ho sakta. Jis tarha bhi dekha jaye yeh zina hain aur woh dono nikah meh hai hi nai, ulad bhi haram hogi

Rukhsati is ko kehty hai k jab tanhai meh kahin bhi aurat shohur se mili ho. Agar rukhsati nai hue tee toh aisi aurat ko maximum ek hi talaq lag sakti hain jis se khud ba khud sabit ho jata hain k rukhsat hue aurat ko teen talaq lagti hain
