This is the only episode where Jason and Edward don't argue and have a heart to heart moment (that I know of after the accident with Jason in 1995). And I find it sad that Jason wasn't there to see Edward or mourn his death.

Anna Lee was let go about 3 years before she died. There's even an interview with her son where he speculates that her being let go from the show hastened her death
“Scab”. Not cool. Jed Allen was just a working actor hired to fill a role. When John Ingle was first fired, the producers tried to rehire him but he moved on to another role. So they had to fill the role with someone.

It's comical to hear Felicia talk about being there for her family when she wasn't there for hers and was called on it at......Georgie's funeral, of all places.
That was Guza rewrite garbage. She did seem to have a period in 99’-early 2000 where she neglected her family, but she was even there for Maxie when she got her first job at Kelly’s in 2002.
I am sorry but I just don't feel the Edward punch with this Edward. This is just my opinion.That was a tender scene with Jason though. It was just the delivery that was missing.
I believe the Joson will get his old memories back and get Joson Quartermaine will Return soon and Someone like Emily and someone else will coming back to help Joson get his memories back yes all his memories from the Family Quartermaine will be will be whole yes Joson will find his Sibling's need to coming back to General Hospital now so memories get back some old face and Friends will make sure the Joson will have more time with his siblings and his Kid's
Jed Allan was a great actor; I loved him as CC Capwell on Santa Barbara and Rush Saunders on the OG Beverly Hills 90210. With that said, he was a poor choice for the role of Edward Quartermaine. Wasn't he younger than Stuart Damon, who played Alan??
Jed allen is a vet & good actor but he looks way too young to be alan & Tracey 's dad & john ingle is just edward to me. I know their was an actor before john but I only know him & hes my fave!
Why did Monica want to tell Alan in the chapel instead of in front of Dillion and Lois?! Lila was his grandmother and Lois in-law! This was so sad!! I wish the other was playing Edward but thos one did good!!
Yup, John Ingle opted to leave GH to go to DAYS which was a huge mistake, they replace him with this idiot, he couldn't even act one bit. John Ingle played Edward Quartermaine for 11 years he took part in some of the most diabolical schemes like blackmailing Emily back in 2000 and other family drama, I for one am glad when John Ingle returned in April 2006.
Although I could not be away from my TV when GH was on - during the BEST years, 1980’s, I became wasn’t so impressed after Gloria Monty left, so I quit watching. But I know that actor who’s playing Edward. Jed Allen was on Days of Our Lives, for many years. I had no idea he played Edward. 👎🏻Bad casting. I was introduced to Edward by David Lewis - simply the best. I realize he passed before Anna Lee. John ingle was awesome also. Jed Allen NO

The one that was stuck my head was Les Tremaine because he was Billy's Mentor on The Saturday morning tv show Shazam. Wow! they both looked like twin Edwards. What's weird is the Jed Allen played Rafe's father, Ed on the sister soap Port Charles on recurring from 2001 til the show's cancellation in 2003.

2 years apart stu passed away sadly from kidney failure a week ago, & Jed passed in 2019 both died at 84 years of age.
