very insightful but at the end of the day, you do need connections and a very embracing network, otherwise you're not gonna get anywhere in Dubai. Ive noticed this culture is very prominent in the middle east in comparison to the west. Whether it is a good thing or not, varies person to person, but for someone like me who does not have super heavy contacts, getting a job in UAE is a very tiresome and futile process. I wish I wasn't as dissatisfied with the job market in UAE but unfortunately thats how it is. Happy to see people are getting it here tho, best wishes to you :)
