Yes, never have heard on my left side - didn't know that '66, when we moved to the US and I was 13 - and I don't have equilibrium on that side, either. Didn't find that out 'till I was 25-26! xx
I had hearing loss of high frequencies in about 1967 in my left ear. I think it was from standing too close to a speaker when a local band was playing in high school. To this day I can't tell what direction soft sounds are coming from, which is an annoyance. So I guess you've never been able to tell sound direction. -- Jim Nichol
