I think a group like this would have a lot of appeal for people during times of distress and terror. I imagine there are a lot of Aelves who end up losing everything to the enemies of order and join up out of despair to become one and face the violence that took so much away from them. Sort of like flagellants for humans. I could also imagine these lady's giving people a sense of hope, because it probably helps to have something terrifying on your side to fight all the terrifying things that are trying to take your society down. Like a lesser fire taking out wind from a larger one. I think it's a good way to indcate the state of mind people have in this world.
I love that even though she has turned into a snake monster, Morathi is still a Dark Elf :) Big fan of the Temples. I will be including some Darkling Coven Executioners as Allies for Draiche Ganeth and Shadowblades for Khailebron in narrative games. Thanks for another great video :)
I have to say I LOVE your lore videos. You give us such a great look into the factions and their driving goals, but keep it from being dry. Keep up the fantastic work! I'd love to see a video about the Stormcast Vanguard or Extremis Chambers
I've said it before in your comments but want to thank u again for all the work u put into these videos and being one of the only and definitely the best age of sigmar channels I've found. As of yet I still have not gotten the chance to read any A.O.S books although I already own most of them simply because I want to read every single old world book before I start that series. After finding about about the new developments with Marathi ( which I agree with u, the Sundering is my FAVORITE old world book) I've decided just gonna finish the Gotrek series which I'm on the last book. Read the Males series amd then the end times and jump into the A.O.S series. I kind of understand why some old world fans don't like A.O.S but in my opinion it much more original and sound like is really starting to pick up
In the Soulbound campaign I'm doing which is the 6-parter Shadows in the Mist which is set in Anvilgard and it's surrounding area before the Daughters of Khaine conquer the city and the surrounding area during the 2nd session in which we finished up the 1st part Blood Tide after the Binding entered the sunken Kharadon Airship the Denefort my character the Witch Aelf Shayla Azure-Eyes used her weapons training skill to figure out that the canisters we were sent to retrieve were actually ammo canisters that powered the Denefort's weapons, and used her weapons training skill to figure out that the reason why the Denefort crashed into the ocean and sunk was due to being shot down during an air-battle by an enemy air-ship, and the Amythest Battlemage in the Binding used his lore skill to figure out the cannons that brought down the Deneforth were from another Kharadon Airship leading to the plot revelation that the Deneforth was shot down in a air-battle caused by in-fighting between two air units of the same Kharadon force. And my character Shayla mentioned that the concept of in-fighting within a faction is not new to her as being part of the Hagg Nar Sect War-Coven the Blood-Pack means she has seen in-fighting between rival War Covens of the Hagg Nar Sect as well as in-fighting between rival DoK Sects.
"Blind I am, who was once far in sight and swift in malice, cursed and punished to recount not mine own glory and mine own tragedies, but the glorious and terrible sagas of others who have born the blood blade of Champion before the great gods of Chaos." Tamurkhan, Maggot Lord, Son of the Great Kurgan of old, Favoured of Nurgle - Warlord, tyrant, canker - worm and false king. Tamurkhan the Great, Tamurkhan the Fool, pawn of prophecy and bringer of slaughter. This clearly show Tamurkhan is not that different from Morathi that also dwelve in her own Failures and succeses. even the numerous legends and lies resembles the myctisysm and illussion that sorrounds Morathi. So ofc! i vote for A lore story about the Horde, Sayl the faithless and Tamurkhan himself. Not only becouse he once was one of Nurgle's favorates but becouse he actually went as far in his conquests as to inslave the titans themselfs!
1 dislike was witch elf who questioned Khaine's existence.
They have been properly taken care of.
hahaha!

They're showing off in the courtyard and straight up murdering someone in the shadows... LOL awesome

Hey man. Nice videos. Do you have any lore videos on Malerion, or the fate of the high elves? If not, I'd love to see them.
Hopefully the next battletomes will have more info, but right now we dont know very much!
2+Tough Thank you! Will look forward to it.
Hey Doug I was wondering if you could do an updated start collecting review for your site and youtube channel.

you think we have 4 temples because they left one open to later add some more lore or units to this faction?
so awesome :D
Listening to this wonder which society is worse, the Daughters of Khaine under Morathi or the Illithyrii under Lolth
I’d give you a like but it’s a 100 : 0 likes to dislikes and I just can’t mess with that! Cool stuff though :)
