I've heard hear speak with her actual dialect and this Regina sounds quite different. Which to me, speaks to her talent and acting ability. Southerners speak the version of American English closest to British English. You see and hear parts of that here.

She is humbled by how lucky she feels to play Daenerys. It’s a beautiful thing.
