on your last few reps on the chest press machine you could pause at the bottom and get a better stretch and will lead to better gains but other than that your controlling the weight and doing very well. keep up the work boss!
Hey I love the vids alot and I would like to give you some tips since Im an adamant gym goer I do not claim to know everything I do believe it will be helpful since ik you want to gain mass. The calorie surplus is great really try to go to failure on your sets which will really make doing drops sets difficult since you gave it your all of the sets but if you really enjoy drop sets then I recommend lowering the amount of volume you do per workout. typically 3 sets from 6-10 reps 4 - 6 workouts per muscle group is best for muscle growth but again if you like drop sets alot I recommend lowering the sets to 1-2 and really just going hard on those working sets. Anyway I hope you have a great day and I also recommend doing your own research on your free time I find that it is helpful for your personal goals in fitness please keep up the great work!

Unless you guys go to the gym, I don't think you understand how hard it is to NOT make stupid faces whilst really hitting muscle hypertrophy 😮💨😅 But yeah, for me, I do a mix of machine weights and free weight exercises. Usually only use dumbells for incline and normal benchpress and for bicep/brachialis curls and kettle bells for squats, side stretches and ab twists. Machines are usually just the easier way to go and like you said, are less likely to injure you because you stay in frame and workout in a certain fixed motion. One thing I need advice on is growing my calfs.. like bro my thighs are built, my chest is starting to get bigger, my arms are wide and I have the abs but my lower legs be looking hella goofy and undeveloped.. I'm tryna do more leg extensions coz they hit most leg regions but I dont know any other calf focused exercises. I do for sure wanna go on a calorie surplus too now that you mention it because I'm already taking 24g of protein before workouts😁

For any chest movement especially the chest fly, go as far back as you can and at the top of the movement hold for 1-2 seconds
