To be honest about this video, it has changed me from the deepest because I was sometimes studying overnight and studying under pressure, maybe getting discouraged about my way of study and copying others. But through this video, it has opened a door for me that there is still a chance to make my ways better, by way of confidence and creating a positive path of life. But its really a good tips.. I can't stay even 10 mins without touching phone... I always stay in WhatsApp, Facebook, Snapchat, Google, especially TH-cam, i m addicted in c-drama and k-pop. But 24 November, my xm will start. From tomorrow i will try to not use phone. I m 11 years old, i read in class 6, will promote in class 7 in 2022

Okay, first of all great video. Loved it! But I disagree with the last sentiment. Each and every human needs atleast 7-9 hrs of sound sleep to live healthy life. Being sleep deprived would lead to:
1. Anxiety
2. Less focus
3. Less reaction time etc.
So, I just want to say instead of sleeping 6 hrs and waking up early to study. Why not use the time you have in te daytime to its fullest. Also make the hours you study intense. Study Smart not Hard!

More than that is not a healthy sleeping you can take rest in the afternoon after studying but sleeping more than 6-7 hrs is not well ... And remember that's my opinion
@@thewistfulguy Okay, first of all. I respect your opinion and I am not trying to point out anything. But I strongly believe sacrificing sleep for studying isn't right. Obviously have 6-7hrs of sleep on a short term would work. But I wouldn't recommend it a long term strategy. And I also said study smart not hard. So, concentrate 100% while studying and you wouldn't have to study for long hours! 😀
