    How to not sleep while study
    1:dont study after lunch and dinner
    2. position and place
    -sit straight
    -dont study on bed
    3.dont make studying a monotous
    -Active study
    -read out loud
    4. Do stretching - rinse water - drink water (refrigerator)
    5. Dont drink tea coffee
    6. Sleep 6-7 hrs
    -short nap
    7.wake up at consistent time
    8.avoid phone/distraction
    9:reward yourself
    19:remind yourself you will achieve your target
    20: pain 5 years study for good 50 years, or enjoy 5 years now to work hard for the rest of 50 years

    Seriously I m a type of person who cant take many subjects in a day...I saw myself being more concentrated when I study a single subject in a day...that's feels like I m gone too deep in the subject and feels confident ..

      @BlueScreen Haha, forgot to update. Well... I passed the first one and the second one was delayed so I did it later. It did most questions. Not the best results, but still not as bad as it could be. 88% for the first and 65% for the second exam.

    My Summary-
    After lunch/dinner, digestion process causes temporary shortage of oxygen in the brain.
    Avoid heavy meals. Take short nap after lunch.
    1. Place
    - Room should be well light, so that doesnt feel dull.
    - Table/Other without cosy feeling
    - Sit straight
    - Don't sit in same position for long.
    - Walk and study in between if doesn't affect eye
    - Imitate like teacher, like you are teaching someone.
    Theory in morning and practical in afternoon.
    Dont make study monotonous.
    May read out loud.
    Mark important point, make flow charts
    Drink water frequently, keep water away.
    Do some stretchings in between.
    Good sleep is important. Atleast 7-8 hours.
    Keep consistent time table.
    Avoid destractions.
    Motivate yourself.
    Reward after achieving that!
    Be mentally and physically attentive.
    Tell yourself you have to and will achieve this target.

    The sleep time she suggested is for jee aspirants or other exams but children of age up to 15 years should take atleast 7-8hours of sleep

    I had this problem actually with my old career working in the ship and dizziness is always my problem. I even did some hypnosis just to keep me awake but a friend recommended me a product to fight this and it worked I had an energized feeling kind of waking up in the morning even though I only had 4 hours of sleep.

    thank you alot . I always want to sleep when i was studying , so i take a short break and sleep for half an hour and then i wake up and make exercises . After that i get ready to study in an excellent way .

    I'm preparing for competitive exams, usually I use to go to bed at 1 AM every night n I don't get sleep as early as I go to bed, rather I get at around 3 O clock n during day time I feel sleepy, it's nt only wasting time but also getting strained, kindly advise me on the same n how to keep balance in sleeping n reading

      Don't change the sleeping pattern go to bed and rise everyday at the same timings, also do some mild exercise and meditation. you will be amazed you will be less strained and require less sleep so you can use that to study time😁

      Bro u should not go to bed at 1 if u can't sleep keep studying until u feel sleepy nd wake up at least after 6-7 hour do exercise or listen to ur fav music 🎶 then start studying again

    make a routine how to study and when to study for morning class student ..morning class student doesnot get any effective time when to study cause when I wake up at 4:00 AND go for collage .And when return at 11:00 i fell tired and went to sleep .. When wake up time became 3:00 pm some time it became 4:00pm.. And then take luch sometime i have to home work with my moms .. So i doesnot have any effective time table plz make a video of day study time table ..Causey board exam is coming near ..i have to score more marks ... Then i can get addmission in high collage ...😊😊😊

      That's because there is no logic in studies after 10th std.. i swear you will only use max. 10% of the studies you learn after 10th std ( I'm talking about science)
      The theories, formulas and equations which i learned in 11th & 12th are nowhere to be applied by now ... All the hardwork i did is wasted..
