I'd love to hear more about the block scheduling. My 3rd grader is a bit overwhelmed at the amount of work. I think he's a bit in shock still 😆 🤣 but I've heard it gets a little better the 4th or 5th week. But we are loving it so far!!
Noted! I have had a couple requests for a schedule video, I will work on sharing how we do this. It can be a bit overwhelming to start with and the extra work load. It does get better when you get to the countries and not only the map work.
We finished four weeks and now we’re on a break because my husband is on vacation. ❤ We’re going to a pumpkin patch this week and enjoying cool Fall walks. 😊
Have fun! My girls have been asking when we will take a break. I have been pushing harder this year, than ever before. Have fun at the Pumpkin patch, I want to take the girls to one too.
I’ve been doing the Chronological Bible Reading plan from Daily Grace Co. and that has been really interesting. I think I’m on my fourth or fifth read through now, but it’s been different doing it this way.
Hello! Did you ever do adventures in US history for a second grader? That’s what my oldest should be moving onto next year, but if I don’t use it again for my younger children because they should join the family cycle, than I am trying to find out if I should spend the money on it. Thanks!
