I’ve said it many times before in many other videos but cafes in VN is on another planetary level. They’re all unique in terms of appearance, characters, atmosphere and coffee. Cafes in the US, Australia and to a lesser degree in Europe are so damn sterile and their coffee are no better than VN coffees in terms of taste and variety at best. I personally like the taste AND potency of VN coffees. Throw in the value proposition and there’s no contest. I think VN not using the franchise model allow entrepreneurs to flourish and enable uniqueness with their cafes and eateries. VN cafes are onstage heaven for a good reason.

I could have not said it better myself haha.. I after 💯 percent! But I will say the market is changing here and since covid a few big coffee breaks went on a buying spreee and opened up a ton of new locations with the discounted properties that were up for grabs. Interacting to see what happens in the future 👍

Du mien, or Đủ miền means "all regions (north, mid, south)" or fusion. Your pronunciation of Trà đá is Western where sylibles are grouped together. Vnamese speck each syllable deliberately and separately. For instance, "interesting" if spoken by local Vnamese may sound like "in-ter-rest-ting" 😂

I think its "Du Miên", which means "dream wander", not "Đủ Miền" 😂
