This whole ride is a mess! To this day it's still one of my favorite rides of all time. Plus, I love how Roger's arm stretched at the end, I want to know how that was done.

I think how they did it is since you can't see on the other side of the 'portable hole', the rest of his arm is actually concealed there. I don't know for sure, but it's my best explanation.
