I quite like the design of having the main floor raised up. Makes the property more secure, more flood resistant (especially since he's on the beach) and I like the clean lines it gives the ground level walls.
I never thought that I'd need to see Jerma try to rationalize just the average Sims 4 day, but this turned out even better than the extreme violence stuff. His building was like all of our first Sims builds accumulated into one, scaled up by like 3 times. I kinda wanna see at least 10 more vids of Jerma just playing normal Sims. He WILL get more familiar with the mechanics, but that might only cause more hilarity as he uses them all wrong Jerma also pronounced "Nina" like an alien
