Love it and the work you do. A big reason I'll be going for an OM648 211 in the near future despite them being somewhat unappreciated in the states. What was the brand of front arms you were using? The W203 shock mounts make camber adjustment impossible.

Had one car with upgraded hybrid turbo, ~380hp, injectors and fuel system are bigger on those engines

is there very noticeable difference between 648 and 613 head , what horse power difference on same setup , can u you give a little hint? im running 400hp om648 and i was thinking on the 613 head because of the bigger valves , planing to make 613 head with your valve springs ...
Thats quite hard question. Flow difference is something around 10% on flow bench, but thats not as big gain on power. We will take a some dyno runs with daily, but might be little bit more head modifications same time. We will see🤔
What is the model intercooler you use?

w210 didnt come with om648 but overall its great build. fan since early w123 build and i love it. Why ur not using did1 instead of original tuned ecu?
There are a lot of advantages with the Bosch ECU too :)

DID1 can do the same as bosch or more, you only have to code it. Bosch has a nice dynamic system and corrections, DID1 Stock comes with simplified maps then you can incorpore whatever dynamic control of fuel and timing as it has math functions.
I preefer a lot did1 ECU as you can do whatever thing you like and live tuning, no need to remap-flash-test, also a lot of inputs and outputs configurable as you wish, even 2 can and a serial comunication. Thats nice to have control of dashes pdm and a lot of toys...
BTW EDC1xCxx Dynamic Soi its a pain in the ass when tunning.

how come it makes 770hp but "only" 1200nm? my 4.2l vag diesel has 420hp and 1000nm?
Because you have max power on same area than max torq, and it is on low rpm. We have upgraded engine to make power also on higher revs, max power is on upper rpm. It make more hp then, still having low rpm torq also.
