I think it may be useful to note: when you search using a browser for programs to remove malware on an infected pc, the browsers themselves are often compromised with malicious add ons that make your default page a fake Google, or they redirect your internet connection and searches through a proxy to give you fake results, leading you to more malware. I've seen it firsthand a bunch in my line of work.
@@jupixfn5923 Unless you have another computer that you can download the antivirus from, I would recommend that you do full system reboot after uninstalling the browser. Don't forget to try and look up how to remove some of these things in a certain folder on your computer. I've dealt with this first-hand. I never used Chrome on my computer ever again. It can happen with other services, ofc, but Chrome is extremely popular. I hate to say it, but do a full system restore or reboot. Just a recommendation, ofc.
also how do you feel about TronScript a glorified collection of batch files that automate the process of disinfecting and cleaning up Windows systems. It is built with heavy reliance on community input and updated regularly.would you consider making a video on how well it works?

Do you work for an IT consulting firm? Because I have found the Kaspersy tool to be less than helpful. I stopped using it because it wasn't finding any of the modern viruses. I have been using Malwareybytes and Roguekillercmd as the main go to removers.

Whenever it found malware in my pc a pop up windows appear and it ask me what to do and i have to 'apply' button to handle this malware. Eset should handle this threat automatically like other av do. I heard about 'strict cleaning' option in eset. My question is 1.what is strict cleaning. 2. In strict cleaning, thereat will be clean. ( that i want) or just delete. Eager to ur reply.
Maruf Bepary just a pain to do a clean install especially with Windows 7 as you need to reinstall all the Drivers and I had to install the network driver which was a pain as I couldn’t access the internet on that computer then

@@syedkamran8673 The safe money feature will protect you from hackers taking screenshots of your bank login details/private details. Try out safe money and use snipping tool an test it. You'll only capture a totally black screen. The paid version offers more protection than the free one, some with real time protection and some with camera blockers which might be essential if you aren't using the camera. Overall I think Kaspersky is a good AV though.

Hi there im your new viewer, what catches my attention is when you talk about the destructive/Critical part when using this final scanner which is Zemana and Hitman Pro and its the hardest part to do when you're a new bee. Now i have proven scanners also from bleeping computer and so far its a very safe sequence procedure and unlike zemana and hitman pro it can't affect or destroy the system afterwards and it cleans the PC with no leftovers. I already ran Malwarebytes. I usually only use it to scan my pc, and it found a bunch of files with the last word being hijack. I disabled windows remote control, but idk if I should run KVRT, since it would be out of order. Malwarebyte deleted the files, but idk how safe my pc is
URGENT I have like 300 something virus maleware trojans worms etc etc etc... in my windows/temp folder... bitdefender total securuty detected 120 of them and now im running a rescue mode scan. The scan has been running for arround an hour and its hanging on 13% with mothing detected yet... should i go to safe mode and delete those files? Or should i run Kaspersky rescue scan? Via a usb? Or more simply, don't touch any ad,use an AdBlock and disable it for sietes like TH-cam that are 100% secure. Belive me, an AdBlock is better than any antivirus in the word. If your PC is already infected just do a fresh Windows install,and do backups for your inportant files regularly.

Microsoft Safety Scanner also has the ability to disinfect infected files, as far as I know. But I'm not sure about its performance compared to Kaspersky's removal tool. What's your opinion on it, Leo?
many antivirus products these days have the ability to, but some of them may end up corrupting files during the disinfection process, kaspersky is the so far one of the best at disinfecting without causing any issues
I use bitdefender free as a main AV and KVRT and malwarebytes free as second opinions. In my opinion it's a good team to keep a pc safe. Scans once a month are enough.
If i Had to guess, one of the biggest questions on your users' minds is whether or not a reset/re-install via the windows GUI will remove all malware. Can you please do a video on this? There's tons of speculation about whether it does or doesn't. Thanks!
I once manually removed a limeware rat by booting into safe mode where it didn't start up after that had to go trough the trouble of installing malwarebytes and scanning as the rat had succesfully frozen my mouse and uninstalled malwarebytes
i don’t know if anyone will answer this but i download this file and it put other things on my computer and they keep opening in the task manager they are called dellinger and reapplying
I notice that most people don't run sfc /scannow command to repair files after having removed malware. Then later they complain their computer is still running slow and they insist there must still be some missed malware in it. i don't know why they assume that whatever scanner they use automatically repairs the infected files because they don't. alot of times they just delete or quarantine the infected files. Leo i don't know if you reccomend run sfc /scannow after removing malware but it just seems like it makes sense to. feel free to correct me if i'm wrong as i like to learn cause it pays in spades to do so.

Great vid. My method is similar the only difference being I use RougueKiller rather that Kaspersky VRT before mopping up with MalwareBytes
