Natural Fantastic so true, til this day out of all the so called real, true friends I thought I had I only have 1 really good friend in my life. She became my best friend and now is my sister. Our friendship, our bond became so much stronger over the years that it became a sisterhood. We've been there for each other through everything from no good boyfriends, to abusive boyfriends, to pregnancies, to encouraging one another to make it through college no matter how hard or stressful it became. Even though we live in different states we talk everyday and I guarantee if I need her to be here she'd come and vice versa.
I think Tamar blamed everyone when she got fired because she was upset. When her anger cleared she probably realized that it wasn't everyone's fault. Notice how she only wants to be friends with one out of three women.
Tamar NEVER blamed anyone though! It was the MEDIA. They were clocking Who she was and wasn't following. The gag is, she wasn't even following Jeannie nor Loni before the firing happened.
Yes, she never spoke out about it but she didn't know what to believe at the time!

The Toya she DEFENDED on NUMEROUS occasions. The same Toya who's back she had and is stamped a stupid ass nickname on social media for. The SAME Toya she hopped on a plane for to be there during her time of grief of her bros passing.
Just cause you lose friends doesn't mean it's always that person's fault. She also had MANY friends, so that also says a lot!

That's sweet but remember, never bite the hand that feeds you -- or in this case, the hand that holds yours. That's the quickest way not to get their hand again. After all, we only have two.

Myronn Coleman - All Loni had to say was Tamar texted her briefly about it, she "didn't do it", and whatever else she said in that video. NOT tell the whole world what Tamar texted them. & that didn't matter anyway, cause people REALLY blamed her after that video saying it made her look guilty.

They were never friends. They were just friendly co-workers. Just like any other job. They were CO-WORKERS. Yes, you may get along with your co-workers, socialize off the clock and whatnot, but you're still co-workers FIRST. Very rarely after you leave a job do you still socialize and hang out with your ex-coworkers as much, if at all. If they were truly friends, as this video keeps trying so hard to believe, there would've been no "call me but oops, I've changed my number and told everybody else but you and don't even have yours anymore to hit you up with my new one now!" Loni "joked" about it that first season "We're friends because Warner Bros. told us we're friends!" They all gasped "Oh, LONI!" but clearly she was telling the truth.

I agree, they are not really friends they're just people who are working together. They try so hard to convince us otherwise, it's part of the job to keep that image. I don't care who was responsible for her being fired but they just need to bring her back because the show is boring as hell and that laptop and drinks are not working.

When tamar was ill Adrianne even did a speech saying Tay was the one she would call if anything was wrong etc and that tamar was her best friend. Tamar will never have any friends since she doesn't know how to be a friend herself. Tamar blamed all of the other women for her termination without investigating the situation. I don't blame Adrienne or any of the other women for not wanting to deal with Tamar's toxic attitude.

I just honestly always wished that for a show called The Real that they would have actually kept it real. The way Tamar was let go was fishy if at most and I blame partly the producers and the production team for that. I feel like they left the hosts to kind of fend for themselves and figure things out on their own without giving them the full backstory. Not to mention it would have been cool if they sent her off on a good note instead of not even mentioning her departure at the beginning of the season premiere. I wish for the best and hope these girls get it together because life is short and they ultimately shared a bond with one another

I believe Tamar was hurt she didn't understand what was going on I'm sure Adrienne and the rest of the ladies didn't understand what was going on .... & were hurt too Tamar probably felt they should have spoken up for her but in the same token you can't hold the other lady's accountable ....they still have a position to fill and ain't nobody got time to lose coins if they don't have to sometimes it's best to just keep quiet even in the storm ....however I hope they can put their differences aside and work things out I believe they are all genuinely good friends and still love each other.....

It was definitely partially.. largely Tamars fault they stopped talking. She should still be in contact with all of them because they handled the situation very well. never said anything bad, tried to keep it positive, especially Loni, she was the most loyal because she spoke out right away but Tamar handles conflict childishly. I understand she was hurt, but those girls seem very genuine. TV business is just shady, producers can drop you and dont have to explain to anyone why so the girls didnt even know.

Clear the elephant in the room FIRST... I'm guessing Tamar thought she was chatting with Adrienne and confessed to missing her BUT then realized it was a fan page for Adrienne. Oops. Regarding Tamar's separation from the show, due to her attitude she should've been fired. But it's no secret the other hosts were more than okay with that.
I think whoever fired Tamar threw the other co hosts under the bus as a reason to be fired with a "no one likes you" type deal.

Hold up! First of all! Haven't any of you guys made mistakes when you get angry and mad at your friends but then make up??? Life happens! We're not perfect and we do dumb things at times. And it certainly doesn't help when we're angry, hurt or upset. Growing up is a never ending process. There is something new to learn about oneself everyday. And I personally like to believe Tamar was dealing with a lot of other things in her life and things just continued to get worse for her. I am not going to sit here and say she was to blame for all those reasons. We don't know what goes on behind the scenes! She may have a mouth, but shoot, don't keep all that bottled in either. We have to go through things like this to help better ourselves. Tamar has a heart too. Try seeing it from everyone's perspective. I'm sure everyone was in the wrong at some point. It's all about communication. And a part of growing up DOES NOT mean you have to be friends/rebuild a friendship with everyone you once knew before. And sometimes it means start with one person at a time. But no guys, you can't expect Tamar to be friends with all the ladies in the end if she eventually does reconnect with one. Would you reconnect with all the ones you once knew? Probably not. You're probably at different points in your lives right now. You can be friendly, but you don't need to be "friends" with everyone. I can say that from experience.
