  • Hey everyone! Rob here, I'm super excited to share my process for making delicious burnt end pork belly bites on the BBQ. This recipe is perfect for any weekend BBQ session, and today I'll walk you through each step from preparation to the final tasting. 🍖🔥
    Pork belly (under 2 lbs)
    Apple wood chunks
    Lump charcoal

    Steps:
    Preparation: I'll show you how I cut the pork belly into 1-inch squares and season them with my homemade rub.
    Smoking: Using apple wood and lump charcoal, I get the smoker started and bring it up to the right temperature.
    Cooking: I cook the pork belly bites at around 250°F for about 3 hours, ensuring they absorb all that lovely smoke.
    Saucing: In the final hour, I add BBQ sauce to the pork belly bites to give them an extra layer of flavor and a nice crust.
    Tasting: Finally, I taste the pork belly bites and share my thoughts on the result.
