Hey just lookin at your video, im playing Asian English format so what cards can i use to subs Transaction Rollback, Skill Drain,Power Sink Stone, and the rest of Extra Deck? cause most of em still unavailable on Asia English
I thought I put it in the video, but it looks like it didn't render. I did mispeak when talking about Arias, the Labrynth Butler. Arias can activate if your opponent responds to your normal trap card/effects. My point still stands though
@@jinsu0504 I mention this at the end of the video, but at the time, I tried running Arias and didn't like it. for two reasons 1. What's the point of summoning a labrynth monster if they either 1) have effects in hand or 2) I can just normal summon anyway? 2. I would often find myself with arias in hand and a trap I just couldn't use, like Arias + Transaction Rollback. It made good hands good, but bad hands unplayable. And if I added multiple Arias, that wouldn't fix the problem. After Daruma cannon came out, I added Arias back in and liked it more.
@@jinsu0504 I ended up trying 1 daruma cannon and 2-3 arias. I forget how many cooclock I tried. I also bumped welcome labrynth up to 2 and that helped
I explained this at the end of the video, but in my experience, playing arias wasn’t worth it. I wasn’t willing to increase the number of traps I played, so when I drew it, I would have it with traps I didn’t think were worth setting (what good does big welcome do you turn 0 when you have no monsters on field and can fetch it from the deck with a furniture?) or with monsters I could normal summon, so why burn an arias on it? Recent labrynth lists I’ve seen do run arias, so I probably misjudged it. We also have better traps now, such as Daruma cannon (it just got imported)
@@pkyugioh obviuosly b/c youre fluent in english wiht japanese cards....which indicate you probably play in japan..you also have to read the cards/ btw did OCG cripple labrynth deck after the release of transaction rollback? did they hit any laby cards in the banlist.
@@jinsu0504 The list hasn't taken effect. We'll know in January. I personally don't expect much about Labrynth to change. Maybe they start playing Labrynth set-up
