      marko marko it’s possible with work. We don’t use pesticides. In fact the extractor won’t extract oil if you test with pesticides.

    • @DustinNcCorchuk
      @DustinNcCorchuk  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That would depend on the condition of the soil and a lot of other factors. But ya, that is plenty of land, and sounds like a good water source. You can always start with a small hemp farm.

  • @swrtsolutionsinc.1092
    @swrtsolutionsinc.1092 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Plants free of water deficit events more efficiently absorb available plant nutrients enabling plants to achieve their maximum genetic potential. SWRT membranes installed below plant rootsystems retain water where it falls, providing continuous delivery of drought-free periods up to 3 times longer than intensely irrigated control sands without root zone water retention membranes (Guber et al, 2016).

      Thanks, buddy! We use Oregon CBD for seeds. There are a lot of fly by night companies that sell crummy genetics and then disappear after they made $10M, so make sure you get a company with a 3+ year track record and get CoAs on their genetics and talk to other farmers about what has worked well for them.

    Do you think farming hemp in Wisconsin is similar to Oregon? Would the course apply?

    • @DustinNcCorchuk
      @DustinNcCorchuk  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good question. I believe the 45th parallel runs through Wisconsin which is perfect for the light schedule of the plant. The other thing to consider is first freeze in the fall/winter. Our plants are finishing in Mid/late september. But there are an auto flower hemp genetic which could give you more flexibility on timing. Definitely research your region before u grow, and start small

      Very tragic. A big reason why we are doing what we are doing. You gotta know what you are getting into when you begin, and have a plan in place. And like I say in my book, keeping costs down is critical. Many farmers last year were spending big money before they made money with the expectation they would get rich. not smart.

      I am guessing it went the same way for him. Aside from this almost all their videos are cringe salon marketing tips. His "academy" website no longer exists. Must of been blind like everyone else and make weak ass oil no one wants. You can see the soil flying off when he tills because it's such poor soil, basically not really soil at all. Not shocked though, just another grifter thinking they know more than actual farmers because they got some wall street bro behind them.

However, we're learning if we press it all out, it'll be a lot of hours for not as much yield. we may hash it out or get a license to handle food and turn it all into edibles, candy and the high quality stuff do a coconut eyedropper thing. Man, we're clueless but have enough knowledge to recognize a good plan if we can run into someone with experience to guide us on best yields. Yes, you can grow in the desert if you have water. Light cycle is important, so depending on where you live, how many hours of daylight on the summer solstice?

    "Industrial Hemp" has traditionally referred to hemp grown for fiber, where it is mostly stalk, very little bud, and grown very close together for max yields. CBD farmers are more accurately growing "medicinal hemp" or "medicinal marijuana".

    • @DustinNcCorchuk
      @DustinNcCorchuk  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not true. That definitely works for marijuana, but my job is talking to CBD farmers all over the country and most everyone calls it industrial hemp.

    • @enevivtrudell8780
      @enevivtrudell8780 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@DustinNcCorchuk I agree that that is what CBD farmers all over are calling it, and I'm saying they shouldn't. There should be a distinction between hemp grown for fiber and hempcrete -which is more accurately termed "industrial" - and hemp grown for CBDs. They're different strains and are grown differently as well.

    • @ObfcrewOz
      @ObfcrewOz 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      100% correct! These guys (no offence farmers) are not hemp farmers, they are low THC, high CBD weed growers. They just don't know it. They are drug producers, not fibre (industrial hemp) producers.

    • @dertythegrower
      @dertythegrower 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@DustinNcCorchuk Incorrect, and those farmers don't know what they are talking about usually (I get a 401K growing for Canopy Growth.. this is my industry that I helped create with a team of underground people)

    • @dertythegrower
      @dertythegrower 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ObfcrewOz Yes. Medical hemp is the CBD market. Industrial hemp is a total different variety like we see in Kentucky now, 0 medical value almost, and its used for the fiberous stalk to create goods (which I have covered on youtube more than almost anyone else before the hype we see here today)

      You need at least two injectors or do one type of fertilizer per time as you can't mix calcium and sulphur in the same tank. I use calcium nitrate, epsom, monopotassium fosfate, potassium sulphate and micro cheylates for my hydroponic system but you don't need all that if you grow in soil, you can just add whatever is deficient.
