MK12 will likely cover Earthrealm being protected by Earthrealm's champions and Special Forces led by Cassandra Cage while Outworld is ruled by Kitana Kahn with Jade and Kotal as her advisors. In addition, Liu Kang will become Earthrealm's Fire God.

@@mars2012 I think that past liu kang died because we don’t see him or revenant liu kang either but I think that past jade and past kung Lao survived because both of their revenants fought Shang shao and Sindel and if they died their future selfs would have died
