      yes !! so important to let your body flooooow and do what it wants to - I’ve found that forcing myself ends really badly

    hey a tip, it might work better if you manifest in the present as if you already have it/are such as "i am so wealthy, i can buy whatever i want to and im so grateful for it". also this video was rlly relaxing :)

    This is SCARY relatable. Even the way we talk. I'm a dude I even like fuzzy, comfy socks. I'm in Love with myself and how I am aesthetically as wellll I'm betting very similarly to how you do with yourself. Exercise is a daily for me. Got HIIT a couple times a week a bit of cardio in-between. Always wanted to get into meditation with movement (Tai chi) as well as martial arts. Only a matter of time for that manifestion. Even being 21 I feel way too strong with the force for my age. Sometimes stuff manifests quicker than I'd even prefer. I noticed your abs btw very aesthetically formed IMO. I manifest in the shower everytime but I frequently catch myself manifesting throughout many other activities because I've just got so much to do while I'm here. Id get bad at taking too long in showers tho because of it, but it's my favorite "quiet" place to manifest. I get the baptism vibes too. Even when I splash my face or same for my organs when I drink water. IM ALWAYS writting literally I carry a journal and have one next to my bed for dreams too. I have the best handwriting you'll ever see a man have lol. Frequently I am filling these things up so I got dividers for topics of already sorted notes that I'm just compiling and organizing over time. There's just something about written language. I'm also a sungazer I'll look indirectly far off just absorbing sunlight for short periods of time in brighter time periods (+seratonin and +dopamine) And ofc catch any and every sunset/rise that I usually watch in a lawn chair smack dab in the middle of my yard sometimes with one of my meals and always with a cup of stinging nettle tea mixed with camucamu powder, lavender, calendula and rosehips. I notice the effects of anything I take in immediately as well as intensely. I do similar things "listening" to what my body needs. I know what feelings go with what cause. Just by paying attention inwards consistently enough. Beautiful and aesthetic aspects to routine are a must to get the 2nd player that's on this ship, on the same page of wanting to maintain it as we pilots are. It's like setting up a trip environment but for everyday life. I've learned so much from tripping about how to live in the best ways. Btw idk if it has anything to do with it but my First Legal name is Enki middle Noah (not disclosing last name here) and I was born on 8/22/2000 10:53AM. I think, well know but can't say so to everyone that "GOD" IS WITHIN AND ALL AROUND US. Been feeling that way about it for the longest but certain things just really go to show. Being masterful is one of the biggest characteristics of "God." Idk what you call it. Just now subscribed. Peace Love and Positivity tho ✨ ✌

      all about pushing through the tiredness and getting into a routine !! I find that not snoozing my alarm helps so much I’d rather have more time during the day and being able to chill than being streesssssed and waking up feeling icky

      I think it is a cycle. When I wake up tired, I procrastinate a lot, and usually don't get much done in that day. But if I have a defined morning and night routine, after a couple of days I'll wake up with A LOT more energy

      Waking up & drinking lots of water through out the morning makes such a difference & gives natural fresh energy. I like to drink it without ice tho, can drink it more comfortably, make it a habit & it 100% helps. Ofc I have my morning coffee during my water intake :)

    My morning routine:
    -wake up
    -stay in bed for way too long
    -stare at the wall for like 10 mins
    -get up and hopefully not fall or get dizzy from my iron deficiency 😂
    -throw on a hoodie and beanie
    -get to online class
    -eat sometimes
    -take a nap after class

    The best way to heal our relationship with the land, with our Mother Earth, is to grow a garden.
    I fully agree with the notion of connecting with nature through food and growing plants, it builds reciprocity, love, understanding and gratitude. Please read ‘Braiding sweetgrass’ it’s a book by a female indigenous woman and reads like a love letter to the earth through her ecology.

    When manifesting, it is recommended to use sentences as if you already have it... avoid using words like will, will have, will be, instead use, i am, i have, and words that frames the sentences in a present or past tense, that way universe will get the sign better and your manifestations will come to you much faster as using future tense may usually indicate lack.

    Very similar to mine in that I tend to just take steps in the spirit of looking after my body and mind. I think meditation and prayer can lead to excessive amounts of truth, ultimately. Good truth might lead to less truth. Bad truth can lead to a whole lot more... So I'm to have said that some people are healthy beyond the truth of "(the) all" and that they like themselves.

      sorry for the late reply ! during this video i had an eating disorder so i def don’t recommend doing what i did here LOL but now i just do what my body craves. I weight lift, do yoga and Pilates. sometimes i take weeks off and sometimes i only take days off ! all about listening to your body xx
