MAKE SARMA WITH FERMENTED CABBAGE LEAVES, THE OG VERSION!(i remember you eating it once a looooong time ago, and you've used regular cabbage, just cooked, and you liked it, but the OG version is with fermented cabbage(kraut), and trust me man, it's the best thing EVER, i am from Serbia and that's my favorite meal my grandma used to make for me. Much love!)

The sausages looked fantastic.
German potato salad is not how I make mine, but there are so many variations of it. I could not even name half of them. It differs from region to region, and of course how families made them.
I'm surprised your red cabbage, or Sauerkraut recipe did not include spices. The apples are just part of ingredients. They are also supposed to be cooked till very tender. Same for sauerkraut, spices missing. But great for a first try.

Man, I don’t ever eat German food, or ever think to eat it, but this looks SO GOOD it really made me want the exact same beautiful feast, and to try everything, just how you did it. Now I’ll be craving this for days, and just when I finally forget about it, it will hit me again and I’ll wind up either on a quest to cook all this stuff myself, or spend too much money at a German restaurant.
