What I found works is if you sit back on your on back leg, point the front one out, bend the knees, and rock back and forth so when the ball comes you get a good step, and you can open up and hit with your hips.
haha , cuz i van only throw around 78 - 81 mph and im 14 now so yeah thats not so good,lol. but ima make it to the majors ! :D now im using a maple and im hitting it around 310 ft on a good swing . i just gotta squat more wright and ill get there
