@sportsfinatic180 these teams from the little leagues are the leagues all star teams. the players on these teams don't suck. if you were that good you would make the all stars with good players
That is true in some cases, (not to be cocky) but I am a very good baseball player, I was on a tournament team during the spring and we won the District 28 Pennsylvania Championship, and in this past fall we were 16-0 undefeated champions. My friend was on a team that was competing to get to the LLWS and he was not the best player, I can confidently say i'm better than him. But i'm out of the age category I am older than he is and that is probably why I was not able to participate.
I play on a 60-90 field too. I just hate when people hate on them. I personally know kids who contended to get to the LLWS and all of them are amazing ball players. The one thing I hate is how much of an advantage the LL bats give you. I use wood.
They make alot of those plays look alot harder than they are. Some of them though are pretty amazing. But i do agree with matt. Even when i was 12 i played on 90 foot bases and 300 ft fences so they definatly have the field advantage.
Yeah, his name is Porter Slate from the West team in the LLWS 2012 I played with him when we were 6 and 7 and now that I've seen how hes developed since we last played together it was easy to tell I could've easily took his spot, though it would be evil. :)
I would love to play with these kids even though I'm over age for the world series, just getting the chance to play with these monsters would be enough
My friend actually made it this year in the LLWS and I'm way better than him but we didn't play in the same league so I actually could've made it if I had been in the same organization
I love baseball and these plays are awesome and all But I know there are teams capable of doing this that aren't all stars I play high school ball freshman and jv but I'm a 7th grader these plays aren't hard to make
the first half are just easy taylor made double plays and half the "web gems" are simple plays, i mean maybe if the played on a bigger field they would actually be challenged. when i was these kids age i played on 54 pitching 80 ft bases, it is kinda ridicoulous they play on these small of fields just my opinion

it is incredibly hard to turn a dp in little league becasue the base paths are so short
