...This Hayato really is crazy compared to his other incarnations. He's screaming even more than his teammates. XD
Classic Hayato was just a smart ass,this one is based of off the original getter robo manga,where Hayato was literally a terrorist.
Well, Hayato was always crazy in one way or another.
He's just grown up in Armageddon which meant he'd rather leave the screaming to Ryoma.
So the Devolution version of teenaged Hayato is closer to the original manga (and New), and the adult Hayato is closer to Armageddon?
@@DeltaSilver88 basically Devolution is a smelting pool where every trait shown among the protagonists are true in its own way.
Hayato being crazy is a given, it's just that he grew up in Armageddon that gave him insight and he takes things very calmly. He's still insane like everyone else, it's just toned down because Hayato grew older by 13 years and everything got burdensome by the time Armageddon happened.
Yeah, I've caught up with Devolution and I've noticed the two Hayato are exactly like the terrorist version (teenaged) and the calm Armageddon one (adult). ...Only the adult one is a scientist which is more of a "Hien" Hayato thing.
I really wish that they include this version of Getter in a future SRW again someday
Yes please, this is my favorite design too and I'd love to mess with this guys in a game now that they're releasing these internationally.

What a weird series. Getter-1's design takes a lot from Dragon, and Getter-3 from Shin Getter.
They could have added this in X.. they really could have

TVアニメやOVA等で様々なゲッター作品はあるけど、やっぱり『新ゲッターロボ』が私的には1番です。
3人の見た目や性格もそうだし、それぞれのゲッターマシンも最高。
また、新ゲッターロボの合体は他のゲッター作品に比べても"不自然さ"がある程度抑えられている気もします。
(初代ゲッターロボや真ゲッターロボみたいになんかにょきにょき生えてくる…様な描写はないかと。)
Yknow, with Getter failing to show up in X after repeatedly showing up in its Armageddon incarnation, I wonder if there's a chance their absence means they're retiring Armageddon for a *new* Getter in the next SRW...
I'm hoping for devolution. They've done manga only gundam's even novel only. I would love for getter emperor to show up.
Nope, it's still Armageddon. They did retire Shin Mazinger Z for Mazinger Infinity, though.

We get Shin Getter Dragon though. Still just as good as using another Getter Robo series.

No crazy mode for Ryoma and all his attacks were kinda boring. But I clapped for Hayato with his great shouts.

Anyone else aware that this the second weakest shin getter robo
Chiefly because this isn't the other SHIN(God) Getter Robo. This is Shin(New) Getter Robo. An entirely diffrent beast.
While it is called as Shib (New) Getter Robo, the anime actually treat it as the regular Getter Robo. And even then, it shows the capabilities almoat on par with that of Armageddon!Shin. Imagine the power of the true Shin Getter in New Getter Robo
