    Can you tell me where the water enters the mixer is it with TDI they enter together at a common point or with the auxiliary materials

      Continuous foaming machine are of two common types, low pressure and high pressure machine, I am familiar with low pressure foaming machine the most common one out there. On all modern low pressure foaming machine, there is a separate pipes for every additive which all open in the mixing head manifold. When auto start knob is pressed, all chemical inject inside manifold in pre set sequences and normally TDI comes last after the rest of other chemicals

    The gas loss evolved in the process is not considered in the formula. Does it not necessary to add an extra amount of chemicals to compensate for the gas loss evolved in the process?

      Hi, No don't do that please because it will offset the entire formulation and the physical properties of final foam. for example, adding extra amount of polyol in particular increases foam density and reduces Tdi index which has effect in the physical properties of foam.
      Play around with Amine catalyst if you want to adjust carbon dioxide gas evolving

    Ogwen in formulations with TDI you don't must use Kosmos-19 bcoz it has low activity. You must use Kosmis-29. I think you have a mistake.

      Please read keenly again, it is T9 NOT Kosmos -19,
      Kosmos 19 is one of Dibutyltin dilaurate catalysts yes,
      T9 and Kosmos 29 are both the same type of catalyst with stabilized stannous octoate and T9 is what is in the above formulation

      @@pufoamtoolsandguides I saw " Kosmos-19 in your formulations.. of corss T-9 is the same that Kosmos-29.

    I want to do rigid foam block of 40density of 3m x 1.2m x 1.2m for cutting with machine for pipe insulation with mould of the dimensions and electrics motor as mixer in pot and pour to fabricated mould,after cut with fast cutting machine to pipe insulation.did I need to add anything to the two chemicals of ratio 1:1 to form rigid block form or you send me your WhatsApp number
