This is a good way to solve such a problem without disassembling half of the motorcycle. It's a great experience. Here's my story: in 2013, I bought a Chinese motorcycle (a copy of the Kawasaki Ninja 250) quite far from home about four hundred km. I got home without any problems, but there was a feeling that soon the engine would tell me "Goodbye, I'm leaving." Already at home the next day, the valves arranged a date with the piston. I replaced the entire piston group with a new one. And later, far from home, the engine tore out all the fasteners to the frame of the motorcycle, since the metal was quite thin at the fasteners. In general, I found a wire on the road and pulled the engine to the frame and with my right foot I held this engine all the way back to the house so that it would not jump out (this is about twenty km). It was a fun experience with Chinese metal

Johnny Crash is feelin' the love! You have slowly transformed the old boy from where he was when you brought him home. Using your brain is 95%, or more to getting the job done. The old saying of, work smarter not harder, is so true. Trial and error is such a good teacher, cause if you've encountered a problem, you're likely to see it again in the future. And last but not least, patience is a virtue. Great video Red Rider, loved watching, and it was a good workout for ya too :) Keep wrenching, riding, and stay safe up there in your beautiful B.C.!
