Oddly enough for the broodmother and some other gold cards the hearts right beside the kill counter went from 4 to 2 so its possible gold cards debuff the bug they are attached too but testing is required

I've seen that too and it seems to affect every creature, that's an interesting concept that'll motivate you to collect the gold cards if it is true
I believe the hearts are meant to symbolize the difficulty of that creature

I’m a fan of the bow for down-range and the shield & spear for perfect blocking & throwing the spears in CQC. But I really like the larva blade DOT (Damage Over Time).
Maybe if I use the Wolf spider venom on my 8 spears? Is that even possible? I figured so since there’s spicy&mint?

For those who are playing on xbox to update grounded to the public test you need to join the insider program. When you are done doing that you need to join the public test server on the app. After that you need to restart your xbox and the update will pop up. It is a 3.3 GB update along with a 2.6GB update after that. I hope this helps anyone having trouble. Oh and dont peep the bees it will crash your game.
First gold card for me was the wolf spider. It was my 3rd one as I only picked up the game recently. I saw this video and went to see if I had the grub one and was like "well, look at that".

To know the weakness of the bosses, you should be able to find information in the files or Ominent Logs found around the courtyard, so you don't have to face them directly to know their weaknesses, this would also make the player more attracted to collecting these stuff. At least for those who spawn once time
When they reset the story line and I had to redo it, I got to fight the assistant manager a second time since I beat them before the update, therefore I have 2 kills on it lol

Hey Sim, been watching your content for a while and I love it and I had some questions/thoughts on Gold Cards. Is the information still accurate on when looting for a gold card chance or does it determine the card when the creature first dies? I am curious because I did some testing and saved after killing bugs until one had a gold card and then loaded up to the save before looting (Took one for the team lol) and kept getting a gold card. So either im the luckiest person alive or its different then chance on looting. Just wanted to check and discuss it, been craving to find more gold cards lol. Thanks again! - Nova
You cant save scam anymore. Everything is determined when something spawns. So this means when a hot dog spwans it is determined if he would drop the hot dog trinket or not. If you would save before harvesting and load a dozend times it want chance anything. Same for the bugs.

So you gotta lut the corpse to get the gold card or can you just get it from killing the creature ?
I can confirm going into Woah mode completely blind is... painful. A friend and I recently picked up this game and he decided we should start on Woah mode. We were completely unprepared for the Assistant Manager. We didn't even expect him to drop in when he did. Luckily I had the presence of mind to peep him so when we went back we were much more prepared. Sure, you can just google it, but that feels like cheating.
I think all the robots guarantee a gold card when you kill the last one on the map. I have every robot gold card just by playing through the game naturally and doing all the labs. Unless im just insanely lucky, i think the robots give gold cards once they are all dead

It might be a higher percent chance for scarabs because they’re hard to get but idk cause I got it too

I actually cleared the entire ant hill because my base is right by it and they were lagging out my game and then I immediately got paid back is arriving
I think gold cards are glitched in the new update 1.1 the base robot won't drop one and im pretty sure I've killed all of them
I know there might have been an update since this video, but good cards actually do something. In order to get a perfect score, you have to have all the good cards I believe
When 1.3 goes live, you will have to have all the gold cards to 100% the game.
I believe you can re fight assistant manager if you use the panel

Don’t you remember there is 2 red anthills. One by oak tree and one by starting area. Soooooo having it say ant hills really means nothing secret. The cards are nice tidbits but really I don’t think they are super needed info yes good for new players but that’s about it
What if you already killed the assistant manager does it just automatically give you the card

idk i think a spesific dude drops the gold card becuse i lost one becuse saved 2 times in a row becuse ofc that removes ur save and set me back and the exstact same dude gave me a gold card again

I Play grounded and when I was viewing the ants I was like there’s only two ants the red ant and the black ant and I was thinking why don’t they add driver ants or honey ants carpenter ants orange carpenter ants or fire ants and the information of anthills is actually very interesting because of this and thank you for all of your work just to find this out
@@thebosszombie2840 they do have fire ants now, but I agree with you about the ants. I think they should also have more types of spiders
I've killed Brood Mother 4-5 times and got her gold card and I've killed Mantis 16 times and haven't got his gold card yet!

Go back to the hedge and look in the lab remnants on the ground, and in the lab before the frisbee and try and find one and loot its body. After you kill them all you get their gold card
I had every card but the ruz. T but went back to the hedge lab and found this little area with 2 of them in it. It's sticking out of the hedge with a big satalite on it so lucky I found that

Why does it say anthills? Because there are 2 anthills for red ants The Red Anthill and The Old Anthill
I’ve killed 41 broodmothers and no gold card. Also 400* soldier ants and no gold. Insane amount of time in game and less than half of the gold cards. Obviously is way less than 1% on kill. It’s got to be more like .1%.

I heard that at the moment you are screwed but I also heard they plan to fix it in the future.
They should make it that if you kill it you automatically get the card. Would solve a lot of problems with people forgetting to peep

@@360lootgoon3 I actually found 2 in the back left of the hedge just this morning. I needed it as well. One was staring at another that was stuck in a web. Killed them both but I got the card on the first kill. Hope that helps

Sorry. heavily disagree. The cards are a nice 90's throwback fun collection, but... no point in getting them, at all.
Your arguement that you can 'then know what to use" is moot- because internet. I can literally open up on my tablet, phone, second monitor, etc - the wiki to find all the information. As for playing blind - your in it for the challenge.
The cards need to DO something to be worth getting. Otherwise they are just another way to pad play time and hold players off for 'more content"

You need them for 100% completion so yeah you do need the, if you actually want to get that.
Remove the overlay of yourself when it blocks the screen from info you're trying to share. Can't see what it says, and don't care about your face.
