Koshry is mixed all together before eaten and there are some extra ingredients that you may add which were in those bottles on the table and they are hot sauce (called: Shatta) and garlic (called: Da'a), sometimes people like to eat some kind of toasted bread with Koshry (called: Eish Mehamms) and poor people used to eat Koshry as a sandwich by putting it inside a bread so they get saturated with a minimal cost.
Regarding the thing u were eating at @07:40 , it's called Hawawshi (you can divide its pronounce into 3 parts: ha-waw-shi) and it's basically a loaf of bread with marinated minced meat.
As for the 2nd thing you were eating at @07:45 , it's called "Fetera" which is the Arabic translation of "Pie" so it's basically an Eastern pie that can be eaten in the form of a sandwich as you did.
The last thing you ate at @11:00 is some kind of dessert (called: Zalabya) and it's a fried dough sunk in honey.
Finally, please accept our apologies for any irresponsible behavior from anyone and I hope you had much fun in Egypt knowing that there are much more places to see next time ;)
