    In order to keep our recommendations up to date, we maintain a 'Buyer's Guide' on our Patreon page (with a wide spectrum of models, and a lot of technical and lifestyle-related information). Organizing our recommendations this way makes it easier to include good models that we haven't made review-videos for yet, as well as to remove models which have developed unforeseen wear-issues over time, or which have been weakened by the manufacturer in their current iterations. You can access it here: www.patreon.com/posts/stroller-buyers-37953864 As an independent, consumer-oriented reviewer, we have fewer revenue-streams open to us than the majority of other channels out there, so we do ask for a small donation for access to this guide (as well as a free consultation and access to our other Patreon content). Thanks so much for your help!

    Just wanted to thank you for the excellent stroller reviews. I haven't seen anything else out there like this. Your approach at examining these strollers from an engineering perspective is incredibly insightful. I think it is both good for the buyer and the market as a whole. Keep up the stellar work!!

    After checking out nearly every stroller in-person, the Nuna Mixx is by far the best overall option. The Triv is 2nd. After that Mockingbird is a close 3rd.

    I love you. I love your reviews. I’m obsessed with buggies. Iv never had a umbrella stroller 🤢 To me there gross, sorry. You’ve sold me on all your videos on the uppababy vista.
    I don’t drive but my partner does. I take daily strolls into town and parks with my little ones. And only occasionally need it in the car for shopping trips days out when my partner isn’t working.
    I am in love with how honest you are about every buggy you review.
    We are planning no.3 for middle of next year, and your reviews have totally sold me on the vista 2 even though I won’t be needing it as a double :)
    Thank you x

    I have been comparing the bugaboo fox 2, stokke trailz, Thule sleek, and Joolz day 3 for almost year and I still cannot decide which stroller to pick out. I have a 6 month old now and currently using the Doona car seat/stroller, but I need something for more of an everyday stroller. All four look very comparable. I like that all four strollers are considered all-terrain. The stroller I am looking for will mostly be used for walks around the neighborhood, which has a lot of uneven sidewalks and lots of small hills. I also need the stroller to handle the occasional “off road” like gravel/dirt pathways/etc. The weight of the stroller is not a big dealbreaker since we drive a small suv for transportation to stores/malls/museums/etc. I would prefer the stroller to be easy to fold and unfold. Taking into account the aforementioned, which of the four would you recommend? Which one is the most comfortable for baby?

      I have the bugaboo and have taken it out on every terrain including snow and mud, it handles amazing! and if the wheels get dirty just pop them off before loading into the car. my baby loves how comfortable it is and how easy to switch from forward facing to rear facing with the click of a button.

    Nuna mix next, is extremely cheap in my country. Here we have Emmaljunga and Odder. Two VERY popular brands in Scandinavia. We also have Cybex, Silver Cross, and Stokke, which are also relatively expencive.
    Then there are a few less popular brands, though many are higher quality that the top brand ones, it's Britax Römer, Maxi-Cosi, Nuna, BabyTrold/Trille, Basson Baby, Hauck, ABC Design and Quinny (specifically Hubb).

    As someone who has both the mixx next & the cruz V2, I loveeee my uppababy. It definitely feels sturdier. I like the nuna as a “lightweight” stroller because of it’s folding size. I don’t have a big car so the cruz takes a lot of space but I definitely love it a little bit more.

      Do you refer to vista or cruz?

    • @LIMLG
      @LIMLG 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Innessofficial the Cruz. Not a fan of the vista, I wasn’t going to use the bassinet (you can always buy one for the Cruz separately) and don’t need it as a double stroller. My kids are far to apart to use the vista as a double stroller especially since leg room isn’t a lot for both kids & the rumble seat only holds 35 pounds. I didn’t want my youngest at the bottom.

    How do you feel these newer strollers compare to something like a Stokke xplory or trailz or even a crusi? I'm so torn with my stroller purchase still lolol. I'll only get 1 shot at this and i want it to feel luxurious but not break my spine while im trying to throw it into a raised cars canopy lol. Bugaboo and Joolz top the Australian safety standards for prams/strollers. "Choice" the Australian consumer body runs testing and comprehensive safety analysis of prams. They're worth checking out and are impartial and not motivated by profit.

      Thanks! I'll check it out. Australia has some of the strictest safety standards globally (along with Canada), and also has awesome consumer protection laws. I actually regularly check productreview.com.au when looking at new models, to get a sense of what might be problem areas - Aussies don't hold back at all if they have beef with something. :)

      Not sure yet. Our experience of Graco models is generally that they are very low-price and that the manufacturing quality reflects this unfortunately. This specific package deal though (Nest2Grow) seems to be ridiculously popular though - so much so that we're considering spending the 1K USD that it costs to buy it and get it shipped to Norway. So if you have time to wait, keep an eye on our channel around April, and hopefully we'll cover it. :)

    Are there any plans to compare the Orbit baby G5 against the other high end strollers?

    • @BarnevognverkstedNo
      @BarnevognverkstedNo  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Orbit strollers are a little hard to get ahold of here in Norway, unfortunately, but we'll definitely cover it if it shows up. We had one of the earlier orbit models at some point though, and if you've never seen one in the real world, then it's worth pointing out, that the design overall is really heavy, and there's also not much going on as far as actually useful capabilities for all that weight, in my opinion - good terrain ability and a bigger seat being more important than swiveling the seat 360 (even though it does look very cool). :)

    Joolz is like pushing Titanic (or a shopping trolley) in front of you - not the best when you try to get on a bus (we are in London).
    Had UB Vista, but sold and got Cruz instead, as I found Vista's large size works best if you have twins or 2 kids in the pram. Otherwise with 1 child it's just too bulky and takes much more room in the boot of the car. So far in my personal view Cruz is the best for the city's hop on and off travels. Bassinet removes with 1 button, the frame is light and is super maneuverable. And a very large basket is a huge plus.

    • @babycakes8434
      @babycakes8434 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Very true. From my experience you need to pick what works for you.
      Some elements to consider:
      How low the hood goes (some are great strollers but the hood is too short, like in Mountain buggy)
      Weight, how heavy it is, the lighter the better when you carry the stroller and the baby
      The ease of folding
      The size of the underneath basket (you want to be able to stuff things underneath)
      How high is the upright seat (from the seat part to the top part above childs head, the reason for that is that if that part is very short, your child will outgrow the stroller in no time and you will need another stroller after 2 years)
      Good luck.
      I like Britax b-agile the most, I don't know other britax though.
      I also like Uppababy Vista and Cruz. If you buy those used check the brakes, because I am using Cruz now and the brakes are bit crickety.

      @@babycakes8434 I have the bugaboo chameleon, it separates into two pieces and folds up well enough for our Pathfinder but definitely not a compact fold. the hood can cover the baby almost completely. Love the reversible seat and handle bars. Handle bars extend for us tallish gals. Adjustable shocks...there is so much that I love about this stroller. It’s been through a snow storm, rain, sand and 6” of mud.
