Egyptian Government should get a upgrade , like a A350 , or a A330NEO both are safer than the A340-200 , it’s getting older.
Germany will finally get an Upgrade too. A350-900 instead of A340-300 which have problems all the time.
Right now the Egyptian government is spending all its money on the military, and mega projects like new futuristic cities for the people so they don’t have that kind of money to get a new presidential plane, with like all the security measures and blah blah blah

@@MeMe-rc6sf like I said every penny goes to the restoration of Cairo and other cities, construction of all the new mega cities (including the new capital), the new museums, the new bridges, the new highways, the taking care of the high dam and the Suez Canal. Those 56 billion aren’t to go around buying new planes, no, the Egyptian gouvernement needs to care of 100m people. Plus right now we are on the verge of war with Ethiopia because of their dam. Not to mention the amount of money going into our interventions in Libya and in the Sinai peninsula against ISIS AND the maritime territory disputes we have with Turkey. They can’t really waste their time getting a new presidential plane. Also 336 million is for a normal commercial a350 thats not the price that would go into the Africa’s most powerful country’s presidential plane... that would also go in the billions. Let’s not forget that also the price will double because no gouvernement as only one presidential plane. Thirdly the Egyptian gouvernement prefers that the other party of whatever conference they’re a part of come to Egypt instead of president Sisi going to another country... which makes the use of that a340 pretty rare and gives time to to Egyptian Air Force’s engineers to take care of it and keep it as new. I would ask except if you’re Egyptian yourself , to not go around criticizing the Egyptian gouvernement because you have no idea of what they go through to care of the Egyptian people.. never mind in the midst of a pandemic

Hmm, I thought that A340 looked smaller than normal...
Well the A340-200 is smaller than all other A340 variants.. also the -200 is very rare. I think there are less than 5 still flying around the world!
