Both videos are correct, they are two different ways to solve a sum. First we select highest negative value that is if we have -2 , 3 , -5 and 6. Then we need to find negative values . We have two negative values -2 and -5. Now we select highest out of that but ignoring negative sign. So we have 2 and 5 by ignoring negative value . Out of them highest is 5 . So the answer is -5
Out of -2 , -6 ,7 and -9 Highest negative is -9. Because 9 is the highest number and it is also having negative sign. So we need to select highest which is also having negative

Don't confused. Lowest value means out of -1 -2 we have to select 1 which is lowest but negative. And highest value means out of -1 -2 , -1 is highest because it is greater or larger or highest as compare to -2. So if you are saying lowest then first ignore negative sign that is 1 and 2. Adn if you are saying highest then include the negative sign that is -1 and -2. In both the cases answer will be 1 or -1. Thanks for watching.
