    how can i solve when the yellow warning say: "exceeded 10% limit on back pressure"? what that is mean?

      For your 1st question: It means your backpressure value you set is higher than the set value...Aspen has a default value of % backpressure (most likely 10%) for your PRVs...you can solve this by reducing your total backpressure to lower than 10% of your relieving pressure...Or you increase the % set value to higher than 10%...
